That’s why our process begins with excavation to stable ground, followed by a compacted base course and sub-base of crushed gravel. Careful grading and sloping moves water off and away from the pavement. On commercial sites, we design pavement thickness for delivery trucks and heavy traffic, not just passenger cars.

We then apply a tack coat where new asphalt meets existing surfaces and place hot mix asphalt in compacted lifts using pavers and rollers. The result is a dense, smooth surface that resists cracking, rutting and water damage season after season.
